Des. - My Personal AI persona Strengths are different when in the editor and when inside a game

Saves - I don't think saves are needed but I'm sending them just in case

Steps - Have a custom AI Persona > Play as them > Check under Diplomacy with someone else and strengths will be different

Exp. Behavior - It should be different strengths from the ones originally selected

Extra details - I have downloaded a few AI Personas from here, I verified game files hoping it fixed it but nothing at the moment, I also re edited my character with different strengths but it still always gives me those 2 same strengths. I also Attempted different Playthroughs but always the same 2 strengths shown.
