For further investigation we'll need the following:
- on what platform your are playing - pc/mac
- version and build of the game
- in what way did you unlock the new Icon Borders
- can you provide us a screenshot when the Icons have been unlocked ( messages appearing or exclamation marks showing)

Note - if the Icons were unlocked due to challenges completed, you have to be connected to your G2G account in-game so that they appear.

I looked into the challanges and now two of them are not completed (I reconncted to G2G and the Problem still persists). I finished all the Leonardo and Dia los muertos challenges and unlocked both avatars. But now my progresse is resseted ,1 in each chapter for los muertos (Civil Evolution, Distrito Federal) and 1 challange in Leonardo (Science and Industry).

I've a somewhat similar issue.

Is your issue the same as the one reported from Cure_off - some of the Symbols and Decorations that are available in Singleplayer are missing from Multiplayer, or is it only occurring the SP game?

It was SP and MP. My progress on some Challanges where resetted. I´ve completed them again with no Problem but unfortunably don`t know how they got resetted.

Can you confirm that the missing icons are the ones received from the completed challenges? 

Yes the missing borders and icons where from the missing challanges. In my screenshot one border from the leonardo challange was unlocked (first stage). The 2 Borders from the second stage where missing and the resetted challange was in the second stage (same with icons). All Borders and icons from los muertos where missing and 1 challange in both stages where resetted therefore both stage rewards where not aviable.

Oh sorry I forgot to mention them ^^''. The Bug appeared on version V1.0.17.3494-S10 and my platform is pc.

Unfortunately the issue could not be reproduced by our side, but still it has been raised!

If it occurs again - let us know! 

Advice - take a screenshot of you completed challenges and keep it. If the issue occurs again, once again take a screenshot from the reset challenges!
