I am playing on Endless, max AI, largest map size. At around turn 490, I am given this "urgent issues" notification. However, clicking on the notification does not bring me to whatever the issue is, nor did I find the issue via manually scrolling across the screen. I cannot advance to the next turn without resolving this issue, as the game is displaying an unresolved urgent issue icon over the end turn button.

This also happened to me in the game right before; I did not get a screencapture of that same situation, but it was also around turn 490 or so on Endless, 7 AI, second largest map size.
