Hello!

Thank your for your report! This is as design, your ally's units don't have the regular "Trespassing" status but the new "Demilitarized Territory" one which doesn't damage its units but only gives you Leverage against your Ally to be use against them in the future or in the Congress of Humankind.

Quick note about those status: both can be applied on units present in neutral or Independent People's territories!

Wait, what?!

So you can create a DMZ in allied territory and even the allies units in the DMZ generate leverage?! OMG

Surely though as owner of the territory this shouldn't be the case as they aren't trespassing.

Therefore no leverage.

Agreed, this seems really weird.  I could sort of see it fly in an unattached outpost (giving the owner of the outpost "Demilitarized Territory" status instead of "Trespassing" status) to say "let's nobody fight over this border territory", but being able to do it to an attached territory seems super weird.

Yup.

Until Amplitude address this, I can see this being an exploit ;)
