No suitable location to build units.

Since the update I've been getting an error where my cities can't build units due to no location. I'd say it happens maybe every third game.

It's happened to me once during my last game. But I forgot to get a save from this point to share it.

To resolve it in game, you can build a new garnison. It should reset the way the suitable location to build unit is calculate for the city.

Remember to share a save file to help the dev' in analysis.

Yeah I've done the garrison to fix it but it's a waste of turns unfortunately.

If it's a return of the same bug from the early months of the game (you also needed to build a garrison to "reopen spawns"), I remember people saying you could also sometimes solve the issue by walking a unit through your city centre.
