Bug description:

This is a multiplayer game with 1 other player and all the rest, AI.

I can't move my units anymore, they don't move. So I can't finish my turn and the game is blocked.

The other player can't move his units either.

I think it comes from the fact that we were at war with AI 1 (the one who is going to be a vassal). AI 2 (the one that is going to be the lord) was also at war with it.

When we conquered all the cities of AI 1, AI 1 chose to become a vassal of AI 2.

Can you help me?

Steps to reproduce:

Load the game, add 1 other player. Start the game.

Wait a bit, one AI becomes vassal of another.

Try to move unit.
