This has happened with me on several occasions, but I'll focus on the one for which I have a save file (see attached)

Turn start autosave.ctr

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the save file
2. Perform the ambush as shown in the video
3.Use several different Bomber units available to perform an air strike

4. Notice that the combat doesn't progress after one of the air strikes has been issued, the turn cannot be ended
