Steam version 9941499

description: When I begin a new game with all updates and expansions my nomad units will only complete a single turn move that i manually command. If I send them on a 2 or more turn move they will not move. The unit groups will only move if I command them a single turn move each turn.

Hi, thank you for your report.

We are sorry about this issue that you are experiencing. In order for us to better investigate it, can you upload the following files, please? Make sure they are in a zipped folder :)

Thanks a lot in advance!

  • Saves: Please provide the last two auto-saves from when the issue occurred along with any other relevant saves.
    • PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Save Files
    • Mac: This is hidden in the Libraries folder. You will need to do an internet search to find specific steps for your OS. Once the libraries folder is revealed, they are in /library/ application support/humankind/Save Files
  • Screenshots and/or Video: A screenshot marked to highlight the issue. Feel free to share a brief video of the issue by uploading it to you preferred platform. Make sure we can access it!
  • Diagnostic files: These files need to be compressed as a zip or rar file or the upload will fail! Located by default:
    • PC:\Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Temporary Files
    • Mac: Select the correct file by looking at the name like "Diagnostics - 2020'10'11 @1407'46''" that gives you the date and hour which should correspond to a save file
  • Player.Log: These can be found here:
    • PC: This folder is hidden by default. You will need to reveal hidden folders (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/show-hidden-files-0320fe58-0117-fd59-6851-9b7f9840fdb2 ) then navigate to: Users\[username]\AppData\LocalLow\AMPLITUDE Studios\Humankind
    • Mac: This is hidden in the Libraries folder. You will need to do an internet search to find specific steps for your OS. Once the libraries folder is revealed, they are in user/library/logs/amplitude studios/humankind

This worked perfectly thanks!

Also it appears the recent update solved this so we don't have to load initial saves.
