Situation: I have hired mercenaries from an Independent People, and then I change the "Mercenary Charter" to another charter (or potentially lose patronage % with them).

Current Outcome: Any mercenaries I have hired are still hired, but I don't see when they expire.

Desired Outcome: I should still see when my hiring contract will expire.  The "rent" coin could be present but not available to click.

Alternate Outcome? My hired mercenaries revert to the Independent People?
