Demilitarisation affinity gives only leverage from enemy units, but don’t applies “trespassing” status.
(I was at war with AI and dmz didn’t take hp from his unit, also there wasn’t trespassing icon, not sure if have saved that moment, just recently remembered that I surprised when I kept enemy unit in dmz for several turns to gain leverage, and he didn’t lose hp). Is it a bug or it was changed? And if it was changed then for what reason, it seems it is much weaker now

Thats strange, I am going to move the thread to bug report, so we can take a look at it. But for that we will need from your side if you can share sae + diagnostic files (feel free to include screenshots as well).

Agree. I hope devs will do a massive update aimed to fix most bugs than to introduce an ambitious culture pack/something similar. The majority of them (altough some became less frequent) have been known since the launch or almost.

Are you sure it's a bug? It sounds like it *might* be working as intended, if not well described.
If you played a DMZ on the pink player's territory, their units would not be affected. (The DMZ description is ambiguous enough that I wouldn't have thought it would generate leverage either, but from experience and as you pointed out in your OP... it does.)
From my own experiences, if you play a DMZ on your own territory, units from a player you are at war with will not be affected with trespassing but would still generate leverage. The war status seems to trump trespassing in general (whether through DMZ or not). On a related note, I don't think you are even allowed to place a DMZ on a territory owned by a player you are at war with.
Hopefully someone will investigate your save file and help clear up the confusion.
edit: I've noticed devs have been fairly quick to respond in the Bug Report thread. Perhaps you might post there as well.

As for game when dmz dealt damage during the war, unfortunately, that game was on TWR release, so I don’t have that safe file. But here the safe file for the game when trespassing status is not applied. But maybe there are really some rules when it shouldn’t be applied, and all works properly, I don’t know((

I applied DMZ to the territory. This seemed to trigger the leverage drop (possibly coincidence?) seen in pic and applied the DMZ flag to Green's army. There was no trespass grievance on the diplomacy screen - which I was expecting because of the leverage drop, but on the other hand I had read that the trespass wasn't actually applied until the next turn. Saved game as [trespass1]. Advanced turn.
Green moved their army further into my territory. This is when pic below was taken. Still no trespass flag applied to Green's units. Saved game as [trespass2]. Advanced turn.

Thank you, glenjen, it is truly what I was speaking about: the trespassing status is not applied, while it looks like it should be applied, as those units are seem to be not “authorised”. The same thing during the war. Btw on TWR beta or release it was applied even during the war, and there were always two icons of leverage drop and tresspassing.
Sorry for the late answer but the issue you've spotted is indeed a bug, the units present in a territory that has an outpost and a Demilitarized Zone should have the trespassing status. An issue has been added on our side and has been brought up to the attention of the team!

Yes, this bug definetly appeared again, here the save file (dmz at my south territory, just send there nearest unit dmz bug new.ctr). Shall i create a new bug report?
I also didnt see tresspassing status for foreign territories at streams, so believe this bug truly appeared again
