Description: There is a text on cultural wonder tooltip "Provided by {some player name and title}", I assume it appeared after the "Together we rule" expansion for "Monumental Contractors" agreement uses. Sometimes it works right showing the owner of the wonder I am helping, sometimes it shows my name instead. and on the cultural wonders list, It shouldn't appear at all since no one owns the wonder yet.

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Load attached game file // 2. check the wonders list, you may find the issue or not as mentioned // 3. Choose any of your cities, in shared projects section, hover over the pyramids of your ally to find the issue there.

Expected Behavior: The tooltip should display the name of the owner of the wonder that I am helping. and shouldn't appear in the cultural wonders list.
