Title: Neolithic Empire Screen - Era Stars bunched up on top of each other.

Description: After clicking the Empire button and entering the Empire Screen for the Neolithic era I find that the section for Era stars is all bunched up on top of each other.

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Enter the Empire Screen 2. The section on Era Stars is all bunched up together (overlapping each other).

Expected Behavior: I would expect to see the Era Stars in their proper places like in other eras.

I am wondering if the bunching up of images and text is maybe something to do with screen resolution?  My screen size is 27-inches with the following resolution 5120 × 2880.

@Raven2012, are you sometimes getting neon colored tiny confetti tiny spread out across parts of the screen during play? I have had plays without this issue and some where it's really bad.

I have tried reducing graphics quality to the lowest and nothing helps. I have also played the game with "Fantastic" graphics quality without any issues. So it seems like reducing the Graphics quality does not help.
