I haven't tried these scenarios as yet so not sure if it has happened in previous versions. I launch the scenario, see the load screen briefly, then am returned to the title menu with the following.

Verified the install 

Although successfully validated, restarting the game appeared to fix the problem.

 Also please advise the shareholders/Sega that Denuvo is leading to reduced sales from longstanding fans such as myself. Good luck with your new title but I will not touch it until Denuvo is removed. It doesn't prevent piracy. It only punishes consumers and reduces sales.
