• Description: After researching the related techs and exploiting the industrial and contemporary strategic resources, tooltip indicates that those resources are unknown.
• Steps to Reproduce: 1. Launch the savefile // 2. Hover the mouse over coal, aluminium, oil and uranium at the top right panel, listing the strategic resources being exploited.
• Expected Behavior: The tooltip should display the name and a flavour text for the resource. 
• Notes : Correct tooltip for those resources when hovering the mouse over them in the tech tree.

Additionnal informations : I supected that the Merchant ability was somehow messing with the strategic resources tooltip. It seems as though, but only partially.

I've loaded a previous save, just before moving to Era VI, and choosing another culture than Chinese is working for coal and oil, but the tooltip still bugs on aluminium and uranium.
