This saved game ended prematurely imho, as soon as I reached the latest era.

This killed most of the fun for me as I deliberately choose to disable turn based limits and other victory conditions to ensure a haste less gameplay and late game.

issues / repro: 

1. imho the game should not have ended early without even any other faction fulfilling the victory conditions.

2. Watched the cutscene and viewed the summary screens. 

3. chosen "continue" on the top right.

4. loading the game later and playing on for 3-4 turns the game will repetitively shout out for the last turn repeating the end of the game and summary & stats.

#1 have no savegame for this 

#2-4 load the savegame, play for a couple of turns. ending will reappear, continue, load later savegame, repeat.
 

mind: in the later game provided, victory conditions are met. I do not have the actual game save, of the issue #1
