Description:  After choosing Big Ben, and selecting it from my queue, and placing it on a river, and pressing the confirm button (yes/no) Yes, the wonder returns to my build option queue, rather than going into my build queue and appearing on the map as a building under construction.  Tried this in multiple cities, all on rivers, per the requirements.  All screen indications prior, do guide me to a suitable location, and prevent me from choosing inappropriate ones.
