Would it be a dedicated forum for Japanese users and the localization?

Considering the fact that past titles did not include Japanese in the game and SEGA is not fond of including Japanese (Look at the Total War series) I don't think there would be one, unfortunately.

But since Korean and Chinese languages would probably be included, it would be relatively easy to mod in Japanese fonts due to already having multi-byte character support.

I know this thread is months old, and I just stumbled over it while browsing through the forum. 

Isn't SEGA based in Japan? How come they don't like Japanese translations?
