AI keeps demilitarizing player’s Cities to gain leverage against them. It would be a good idea to fix this.
Btw, it is possible to vassalize anyone without any Battle by pressure even after the War started. No need to bother with War support or Defense anymore.
These make no sense.
If another empire decide to demilitarize your city, this will not give it leverage against you. It will generate leverage against any other empire who have units inside your territory.
For the second point, vassalize another empire costs 135 war score + 35 per city (- 5 per each 200 fame difference). So if you don't struggle for war score it will be difficult to vassalize someone unless it's a very weak "empire" with only one city and one of the latest place in fame.
