Stuck on loading screen (80% loaded), sound fx and narrator is heard a year ago

So i just bought this game and after trying to start my first match i got stuck on loadingscreen. I have tried to:Allow beta releases, updated my graphics card settings, dowloaded/updated direct x and visual C++, Lowering my graphics settings, Verified files through steam, turned off my anti virus and windows walls. After restarting it always load to 80-90% then gets stuck and the intro to the map starts playing. I have checked my specs and i should be able to play this game just fine through steam.
