Making true turn based option where everyone takes their own moves one by one. While simultaneous is fine it certainly isn't optimal in some situations, especially multiplayer.

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but in fact it looks like it's not possible to change this aspect of the game without deeply rework some huge part of the code/architecture of the game
