So I was browsing the list of possible events that could trigger on the wiki and i saw this event tied to Notre Dame. It would be really cool to have more varied events based on Cultural Wonders that you've build during the game.

I disagree and dislike the Notre-Dame event.
It makes it part of the wonder package. You either get a meaningless event and it changes nothing. Or you get an important one and it'll weight in the choice of wonders. Plus, it'll look like a hidden bonus for building those.
