The AI and logic around demanding territory/using the congress/instigating war is very broken. The AI repeatedly demands territory that it has no business claiming (like ones where it's explored once spotted a natural wonder but is nowhere near their territory and is contiguous to yours), demands it from you, and then instigates a war either directly, or via the international crisis workflow. Furthermore, several times I've had no fight between me and the AI that did this, but my war support dropped (even though I never even engaged with them and didn't lose a single fight AND was stronger than them), and then they "forced surrender" and claimed the territory. And then when I'd inevitably waltz back in and retake it, they'd start this whole stupid process over again. This whole process is very broken; please fix it!
