The wizard offers an indication of what is supposed to be the best placement for districts.
Sadly, it offers only pure production thinking and can only look at Train stations as if they were MQ.
I got this proposition for a RQ:
I'd have liked to have it ignore the train station.

We have taken your feedback into account and made this change in the George Sand update. Now, neither Train Stations nor Airports should be a placement suggestion.
