currently the game may highlight a few tiles it thinks are desirable to found a new outpost on, but the player has no control over what formula is used to decide this. I rarely like the default picks. so I have to tediously manually examine every single tile in the new territory to find the right one according to my criteria. what a pain
instead once the unit path for outpost creation is dragged into a new territory ALL possible tiles should revel their total yield if picked for the new outpost
in addition to further speed things up there could be a game switch with a formula that limits all possible outpost tiles from being shown, such as 'food must be at least 7 and industry must be at least 7' or 'food must be at least 5 & food+ind must be at least 14'. if no matches are found then the game player can slightly adjust the criteria until a matching optimum new output tile can be found
