Allow to gift military unites to other civilization

That would be interesting, if it was one of the alliance treaty, and ally could propose for rent for such unit, just like from IP. But it is hard to imply, so may be it is not very good idea. At least we have arms and deal treaty, which is very near from such thing

Or we can send just one army for aid or money. But still u got my upvote.
