Offline Encyclopedia

Problem: I play Humankind offline 60% of time (when i get off my gamer throne, usually when i travel...)

So i dont have acces to Encyclopedia. 

Rarely when i have mobile internet its so slow and Encyclopedia takes much time to charge.

Im sure more people have my situation.

Solution: Make posible for us Download the Encyclopedia.

This Will be even good for people with internet because always is faster Humankind check downloaded files than ask trough internet Humankind servers.
