Highlight district currently under construction

It would be great if when you have a bunch of the same district in your queue (ie several garrisons) that you can mouse over each one in the construction queue and the one you're mousing over would be highlighted on the map. It can be easy to lose track of which district is which in the queue, especially if you've been moving some around to try and get some completed faster.
