Better UI for Power Investor

The Merchant affinity action, "Power Investor", is cumbersome and frustrating, as (seemingly) you have to mouse over every single resource extractor to find the one that would provide the greatest benefit. It would be ideal if your screen would focus or highlight the highest yield extractors to invest in.
