Change ruins' overlay to make it easier to locate them

Or better yet, desperately needed.

Can't bother anymore to look for ruins in my territories, tile by tile.

On the other hand though, ruins provide a -25% production cost to new district built on top of them, if I recall correctly. Some ruins are worth keeping than others.
