"Made My Ally Your Vassal" Grievance

It would be great if when a player makes another player a vassal, a grievance is created against the liege for every empire who was an ally to the vassal. This would effectively allow the former allies to declare "wars of liberation" against imperialist empires. Ideally successfully freeing a vassal through such a war would positively impact your relationship to the former vassal.
