I propose a rework to the infrastucture system, Instead of building the choosen infrastucture, and it automtically gets applied to all districts, you now have to place it on top of the correcsponding district, e.g Placing a lumber yard on top of one makers quater would grant all surrounding makers quarters and industry exploiting building a buff, but no other improvements can be built in the area. This would provide another level of complexity to the game and provide unquie looking models for cities and make the infrastructure system more unqiue.
