We are not that emotionally attached to our avatars either. That signature I'm using for instance is not the signature I've always dreamed about but hey if it points some of the members at the FAQ thread and spares me another thread to close then it's both useful to you and to us the moderators.

P.S. Just add some colored squares as avatars. Sometimes i think that i speak to myself. There's only 20-30 avatars for hundreds users. I see my "alter ego" in every second comment.

This. Turning "on" custom avatars must be a single click in the configuration of the forum. I know other forums use the same base software.

You can create as much avatars as you want, we'll never have the same number of avatars and members.

And everyone will follow rules, this forum has a great community, and even in "kids forums", I've never seen any problem with avatars.

And I don't want to distinguish old users from new users, I think everyone will understand your problem with trusting people.

The thing is that you are forcing us to use your avatars, wile every member wants his own avatar, it's a very bery bad point for your studio which want to do a game for members, asking our point of view, but not for the forum, you juste don't want to change anything.

And you can say what you want, I don't understand why YOU can be distinguished from others and not us, we just have to be like other members and you don't give us the choice.

So now, if you really feel concerned about our wishes, I think this is a main wish, shared by every member.

It's just UGLY to see the same avatar for many members, and to keep checking every name, every time... We are robots...

And don't tell me another time that you'll create more avatars, it will be the same, we won't be able to distinguish members quickly.

Just imagine if in real life, everyone would have the same face, you think that is beautiful or normal? I don't think so...

Hey Cloud,

thank you for you kind message. For the moment we would love to keep some form of unity within the forum, by restricting the avatars to the ones of our universe. Yet we only have heroes from 2 factions out of 8, so we should get plenty more in the near future, when skamaks reveals our new factions.

I really like the avatar selection so far, but would it be possible for us to have the option to upload our own, or perhaps send them to someone for approval? I realize the latter might be a pain and the former could lead to problems if people uploaded inappropriate material, but I wanted to make the request. I'm something of an avid customizer.

So did I. But I got accustomed to the graphical choices of the team. I think they are right when they think they shouldn't allow custom avatr (unless you send it to them and they choose to let you use it, or even better, they create an avatar with the ES feel from what you send them. *dreaming*)

Hey guys, just a suggestion, please include more avatars as we are currently 1100+ and we can chose between just 10 avatar images. Even though not all the registered members are posting in the forums, repetition has become quite common.

*ulterior motive, to see more art/screens of the game, doesn't matter it's 80x80... shhh

More avatars are added over time here as the races are revealed. There are also the avatar-competitions to look forward. The first one is done and over with and the winner is being crowned next saturday.
