It's a bug that appeared with the new feature. We just implemented it, so please, give us time to fix it.

Edit: changed Mansen's points manually and added him 1000 points, as I recall we have done that in the past because he had an issue with his account. I fear that changing point manually might break the new feature. We will have to check.

Edit 2: Logging in again seems to recalculate the points.

Let's hope we will fix this soon so you can all vote without any issue.

Yes, that's because there are some glitches but then amount of points adjusts itself automatically.

Well I no see 330 in his case as well, but back when he posted I saw 280. Probably just something temporary.

I just lost 50 G2G points. I used to have 330 points last time I checked, but that has changed for some reason.

Even after 2 re-logins...

Quite honestly there, having 720 points after achieving place 17 in the global forum ranking and buying the emperor edition is making me feel a little... confused and frustrated. And then I see people with 4 posts and over 2000 points, just no. Well but as said it's new so I will patiently wait to see my true amount of points.

Edit: Also I think the achievements should be rated according to their levels, as most of the achievements come in 4 different tiers.

I believe it takes a while to get it write. Mine fluctuated between 1100 to an amount to high & low, and got it write after logged out and in on all my devices I use to access the forums.

From the point that they implemented it until yesterday, it counted every achievement I'd ever earned, not just the six showing. That's how 1470 added up. It was only once I picked up the 1000 point achievement that it started fluctuating, sometimes displaying 1330, sometimes displaying 1430. I suppose if they only ever meant it to count displayed achievements and not cumulative achievements (such as the various points-total achievements) like it used to, then I'll live with it, but that still doesn't explain it continually dropping back to 1330 (which it is once again displaying now).

You're going to have to be more specific. Use the CODE bbcode to show an example of what you are talking about

I'm still missing about 20 points.

600 (game+forum) + 370 (level) + 80 (achievements) + 50 (awards)

And then there's this:

I think it's at the correct amount now (1100 + 170 (lvl*10) + 100 (awards*50) + 60 (awards*10) = 1100 + 330 = 1430

Sometime today (7/21/12) I lost 150 G2G points. I had 1470 this morning (1100 to start, level 17, 2 awards, 10 achievements). Now I picked up another achievement, but am suddenly down to 1330 instead of the 1480 I should have.

Edit: And now, after logging out and back I'm at 1430? Now it's just getting kind of surreal. oO'

Curious question: With all the back and forth points fixing/changing - how does this affect the G2G voting system? Will it re-tally your points after they have been changed, or does it record the value of your points at the time of your vote?

Seems like a rather critical thing to fix if you're going to keep the current G2G vote "fair"

Try to redeem your keys again (for the awards at least). Still working on a fix: I have tried a few things already, but none solved the issue.

For some reason when i changed my emaill adress i lost 1000 g2g points.

I had 2100 before and after teh email change i have 1100

Any ideas??

I hate to add on more, but, I keep seeing small issues with mine. 100 points keeps appearing and disappearing. I've seen that, for some reason, by awards will randomly show up, then go away, show up again, and go away again. The points for them seem to have stayed gone, though (although, I'm sure since I'm complaining, it'll pop back up to 1710 instead of 1610 any moment now...).

The Website tells me that I have 2210 G2G how is that possible? I have the emperor edition, I got 3 keys via steam, redeemed them and got 2100 points. Today I see I have 2210 :?

Bug or feature?
