It says my account is linked in my profile, but I go to claim rewards they all just have a button that says link account to steam.

Profil says "Steam linked", I got the Profiler Badge, but everytime i try to claim the Free Game, the page says i should connect to steam.

Also there is no way to unlock profile lvl bronze because I need to choose badge and title but all badges and titles are locked.
