So, I was just checking my notifications on the G2G website today and it gave me a badge for owning Endless Legends: Tempest.  The problem is, I don't actually own that expansion (yet).  Not a huge deal, but I thought you should know.

Also, not sure if i should have posted this under Tech Support...  That looks to be where people are reporting missing badges, though I seem to be having the opposite problem, lol.

I think we're facing a weird behaviour from Steam... At one point it seems you indeed had the games, but as I check now, Steam tells me you don't own any games of us. Can you please confirm ?

After digging in the Stam API that's exactly it. Thanks to your report I'll fixed this in the next update :)
