Is your Steam profile public or private? The syncing only works if it is set to public.

Hey, would you mind sharing your steam id?
You will find the numbers:

• When entering into your profile, you will have the number in the URL
• if you personalized the URL, you need to go to > Store Preferences > Account Details > You will find the number in the upper part, just below your name
