Is there a possibility to run a job to clean those up?
As a responsible poster I prefer to look for reposts prior to producing posts of my own and this just clutters search results with non-existent posts on multiple occasions.

This bug still exists. I don't think that the threads are being deleted, I think there is some problem accessing them. Below is an example of a thread which I believe still exists but cannot be acceded.
