So, I have all Endles Space 2 dlcs, but my Endless Space 2 badge is platinum, and there is locked levels for Supremacy, Celestial Worlds and Harmonic Memories. I have all this instaled and registerd on steam. Supremacy was added on 3rd August 2018, and Celestial Worlds and Harmonic Memories on 16th od November, still no badge levels.

I have this problem as well. I pm'd one of the DEVs months ago about the Endless Space 1 badge being platinum for me after I had unlocked a sufficient amount of milestones for it to be Diamond, and although they briefly got back to me, there was no solution to it. 

It just seems that they've been unable to update the G2G platform with new badges because they're possibly up to their necks working on the new DLC. 

then hope dlc will be great :)

Well, yesterday I get levels up, so I guess it is fixed now foe everyone. As I sow,  elite level od ES2 badge is still unlockable and Penumbra dlc probably will be requirement for it.
