New to the site, just joined because I saw the give-away for two free SEGA games if you join. 

So I gave my email and info, and joined. 

Then it says well, you need to link your Steam account. 

So I linked my Steam account (and it worked fine, it's linked and everything unlike some people complaining here)

I was then presented a list of five games to choose from, only one of which (Fatal Labyrinth) was any good. (Props to Ecco for being classic though). 

SO I choose those two games, hit the button, hit the button saying yes you can activate through Steam etc etc

And I get a message, just flashed on a white bar across the bottom of the screen that says:

"The titles you have chosen are not in stock at this time."

Aaaaand now when I try to choose again, it says that I've already received my two free games. I have not. Got a ticket in with support but, my question is has anyone else had this problem and if so, were you able to get it resolved AND get the games you wanted? 

Just wondering what I am looking at here. I don't take giving away my email or linking Steam to anything lightly and only did so under what are, so far, false pretenses. Just hoping there's no scam here, really. Never heard of this site and have little patience with chicanery. :P 

So, anyone else facing this issue?

i have no clue support just takes me to segas support page

Same for me but I can at least tell you this site is legit. I've used this for a few other giveaways and they've had issues like this before. Not really sure why they have issues but it's normally fixed after a few hours to a day.

We're working on those issue at this moment.

For the issue with the infinie loading it might be caused by your adblocker so you might have to deactivate it (don't worry we have no ad whatsoever).

For the out of stock issue we have contacted sega to get some more key, we might have some more tomorrow.

Finally silvertaker, if your reward is now marked as already redeem, well there's been a bug, that's on us, stay put we'll look into it.

Also for your scam concern don't worry, we only use your email to send you a newsletter every once in a while if you opt-in for it during your registration, if you're not sure about your settings you can change them here : https://account.games2gether.com/Account/Newsletter .

When AdBlock is disabled on this site, then it works "partially".

So I can Sign in to STEAM, can pick out games I want to get from SEGA, go to STEAM & when I Allow access to redeem those SEGA games - it return error on web site. :(

Got a "Items Redeemed in Steam Library" message, but not seeing them in my library, even after relogging on Steam.

Yeah the games are DLC to the "SEGA Mega Drive & Genesis Classics" (which have been added to your library).

Do you have it ?

Can confirm disabling all adblocks/script blocks fixes the issue.

Yes, sorry, there is a lot of people redeeming games right now and sometimes some services are full. In case you have the same problem, you can just wait 5 minutes and retry.

Guys, if nothing works, try use your phone. I logged in on Chrome on my phone and everything worked.

Same here. Five different browsers on PC and none worked - Chrome on mobile worked the first time.

Steam page doesnt appear as a DLC tho, igot confused as everyone else. 

I can confirm that using Chrome with no ad blocker solves the issue.

Any knows if this giveaway is still active or not? I have just opened this new account, but can't find any sega box in the reward section.
