Hello everyone. I'm new here, so I hope I'm posting this in the right place. I'm having a bit of trouble redeeming my two free sega games. I go to select which games I want, but I get an instant error whenever I try to redeem the games. Here's a video showcasing this:

I believe I linked my Steam account correctly and everything, so I'm really not sure what I've done incorrectly. Bonanza Bros and Ristar were childhood games to me, so if anyone could help, I'd greatly appreciate it.

If the problem persist check that you use IPV4 and not IPV6 in your network settings.

Hey, thanks! That did help, but, er, I missed the window for redeeming Bonanza Bros and Ristar. Could I get a second chance, or have I lost my opportunity to nab them?

Regardless of the answer, thank you for the help, was able to nab Endless Space, and as a Galactic Civilizations fan, I get the feeling I'll have a lot of fun with it. :D

Really sorry but the Bonanza / Ristar giveaway was a gift from Sega only for the Endless Summer. More giveaway will come but I can't say when or what will be available (because I have honestly no idea ^^').

Happy that you've grabbed ES1 anyway, if you love the lore I can't let you go without advicing you to also play Love thyself, it's a (free!) visual novel set in the Endless universe.
