so a friend of mine decided to pre-order humankind in order to get into the open-dev, however the games2gether site doesn't want to accept his E-mail address even though its a valid address.

we tested his account and it still accepts emails and can send them just fine so we expect it to be on the servers end, especially since its an old e-mail address that only exists as remnants after the original provider was bought and absorbed into Outlook.

I had the same problem with two email addresses. I managed to register with the third one. I sent you these addresses by pm, I hope that will help. :)
