I'm getting the "an error occurred please contact administrator" error when trying to claim Virtua Fighter 2..

My account is linked, I already have the Sega Masterdrive Collection with Sonic 2 in my account from an earlier Sega giveaway, and my account has been linked with Sega before..

It's the "activating" of the Virtua Fighter 2 that's not working, on Firefox and Chrome, both.. With any and all script/adblock disabled..

Currently have the same problem and I got this error when I got the notification from the GrabFreeGames group on steam before the game was available.

The game is now available on steam but the error still persists. I'd like the fighting game to work please

You've gotten me very excited about another Artbook Amplitude. But I can see this isn't an isolated incident. I will contribute an additional datum - I have AdBlock. I thought I had white-listed this website. But I hadn't (or maybe chrome updated and the setting was defaulted) but turning off Adblock does not remove the error.

Same issue here when trying to claim VF2. Error message:


An error occured with your last action. Please reload or contact an administrator if this error persists.


They can't even spell "occurred" correctly, so, not very confident on this website. Tried on both Firefox and Edge (Chromium), with all addons/extensions disabled.
