Summary / Title: Creating infinite views on a G2G thread bug

Description: On a G2G thread created by anyone, if the user opens it or pressing F5 to reload the page, each time a new view is added to the thread view count. Even if you are the creator of the thread.

Steps to Reproduce: 1) open a thread on any G2G forum. 2) repeat "1)" or press F5 to generate views.

Reproducibility: 5/5

Expected Behavior: Should only count 1 view per user per browser session by repeating these actions.
