My husband and myself are now IP banned on this website. I was able to make this post using my phone off wifi. Not sure why were are now IP banned after just signing up and linking accounts. If we could get some help we would really appreciate it. 


Background:

I was able to creat my account on here, then link it to my steam and twitch accounts. My husband then started the process on his computer only to be told after clicking the email verification link that the IP ban was in effect. I went to check to see if I could log in, I wasn't hopeful, and I also got the IP ban message.

We are sorry about that! We have an automatic process that ban IP when 3 accounts are created on a short amount of time. It seems that your husband and you got banned for that reason. Can you send me your IP by private message so that I can unban it? :)

Hello! My boyfriend just created an account and preordered Humankind for the closed beta. I decided to create an account here to try to get it with Twitch drops. I created my account and saw that I got IP banned pretty much instantly, without any reason. So I think that I've encountered pretty much the same problem
