I thought I was already signed up for the newsletter, but apparently that's not the case. Every time I go to the Newsletter Settings page it asks me to 'Activate'. I've clicked 'Active' dozens of times, but every time I return to the page it seems to have reverted to 'Activate'. It's really upsetting that not only am I not getting updates, but I can't redeem my in game rewards either. Is this a broken button or am I doing something wrong?

Still happening, at least I get the error now though, any fix yet?
