Hi, is there something somebody can do about it? About three months ago I created several accounts bc I wanted to play a game of Humankind only with characters designed by me (and a person can create only one character from their account), when it got banned. My ip address is 80.94.24.99, Could you do something about it? Thanks in advance

I just unban your ip address. For a little explanation, we block IPs when we detect that many accounts are created in a certain period of time with the same address, because we are attacked by bots "having fun" creating a lot of accounts in a row, however we know it's binding for real users.

We are working to improve this.
