Error when claiming ENDLESS Legend

Whenever I try to get the Endless Legend reward I get this message

Steam account is linked correctly, so if anyone could help it'd be nice.

I have the same problem. Keep prompting some error message and ask me to contact admin.

I'm having the same issue, tried on 2 browsers (PC and mobile) and nothing changed. Does anybody know a way to contact support over this issue?

Same here. Perhaps the issue is supply? Although they did suggest that they had quite a few to give away.

Been trying to redeem for a few hours now, to no effect.

Trying to contact admins, but did not find how.

Hope they can solve this eventually!

Dont know,it seems like its a lame excuse just to say after the reward time has expired and we wont be able to get it anymore ~(>_<。)\

The error message changed again to `An error occured with your last action. Please reload or contact an administrator if this error persists.`

So, we can't rely on refill?
