G2G is complaining that I've "already claimed" the Endless Space reward, even though it doesn't show in my Steam library, and (as far as I know) I don't have any alt accounts. Also tried going here to claim it as suggested in another forum post, but it just says "An error occured with your last action. Please reload or contact an administrator if this error persists.", although I don't think there is a way to contact any admins.
