I want to add the DLC "Untold Tales" to my steam library. It says that I don't own Endless Space 2, so it offers me a coupon. But I own Endless Space 2 (and yes, my steam account is linked). While looking for help, I found no way to contact the customer support.

How can I contact the customer support? Is there a customer support? If not, who can help with my (broken) account?

From what I can see, you indeed have ES2 so it shouldn't offer you a coupon. That's clearly not the expected behavior, we will look into that.

But it seems that you already have Untold Tales as well. Did you manage to fix the redeeming issue after posting this thread? :)

I was able to add the DLC after I sync the account. Thanks for the hint, DrunkenChoko!!

I'm going to use this topic to talk about my problem with the redemning process....

I just linked my Steam account with this one and when I allow Sega to generate a key for the DLC Untold Tales it goes on a 404 error page of Sega !!

How can I solve this problem ?

There is an issue that is currently looked at. We will update you when it's fixed.
