Hello,

I followed the 'GET IT ON STEAM' link on the Love Thyself - A Horatio Story reward page and added it to my Steam library. I also claimed the 'Love Thyself - Super Secret Ending' DLC reward the same way. Both appear in my game library and the redeemed licenses list on Steam.

However, on the main 'Claim your freebies!' page, the Rewards Unlocked counter is still not counting the free game.

My Steam account is properly linked and I did redeem other freebies and they were counted.

When I filter the list of rewards by installation state, it shows that 3 Humankind DLC are available (I don't claim them because I don't own the base game), but the Rewards Unlocked counter indicates 40/44, which means that one of the free game is not counted. Dungeon of the Endless and Endless Space Definitive Edition both show that they were claimed on Steam. The only one that doesn't show that it has been claimed is Love Thyself - A Horatio Story.

I'm also unable to link my Epic Games account. I get the 'Internal server error' message as other people. The account linking page says that there is one reward available on Epic Games platform. I don't think that is the missing reward.

Ha! I didn't dare make a thread for the unrecognized LT reward, especially during the wave of bugs & opendev feedback lol, but same! To me it's the *only* reward i don't have unlocked - even though i do, I played the full game years ago! I can't claim it more! - and it's driving me nuts. :'D

The Epic issue should be resolved by now though, in case you haven't tried again since your post.
